Au moins l'agence immobiliere c'est essaye. Lundi ils ont faxe plusieurs choix d'appartements dans differentes regions de Tokyo. J'ai regarde le tout et decide d'en visiter 3 ou 4. Au debut je pensais y aller apres le boulot (vers 18h) mais apparemment je ne peux visiter les appartements qu'entre 9h30 et 15h. Alors j'ai pris une demi-journee de conge de ma grosse banque de 2 semaines de vacances pour aller visiter des appartements.
Cela ne c'est disons pas deroule de facon ideale. D'abord sur les 4 appartements que je voulais visiter, deux n'etaient deja plus disponibles. Qu'a cela ne tienne, c'etait 2 de ceux qui m'interessaient moins. Celui qui m'interesse le plus cependant est encore habite jusqu'au 3 mars, donc je n'ai pas pu le visiter non plus. J'ai quand meme pu voir de quoi avait l'air le quartier et je dois dire que je suis impressionne. L'appartement qui m'interesse le plus est situe sur le dessus d'un supermarche dans un quartier plein de restaurants, a 2 minutes de la station de train a pied et de l'autre cote de la station, il y a un assez volumineux centre d'achats. Difficile de faire mieux comme quartier ! C'est un peu a l'exterieur de Tokyo, mais la ligne de train se rend directement au travail, alors je n'aurait pas besoin de transferer. Selon le plan, l'appartement est aussi sinon plus grand que celui que j'etait sense avoir a Saitama (40 metres carres de memoire). Bref, si je peux seulement mettre mon nez dans l'appartement et m'assurer que tout est beau, il y a 99% de chance que je prenne cet appartement. En esperant qu'ils acceptent, bien sur, les gaijins et que quelqu'un d'autre ne le prenne pas avant moi.
J'ai vu 3 autres appartements dans le meme quartier, mais ils etaient passablement plus loin de la station. Je dois dire que faire 10min de marche a tous les jours pour me rendre a une station de train qui est elle-meme me demande 20min jusqu'au bureau ne m'interesse pas beaucoup. L'appartement est un peu moins cher que celui de Saitama : 96 500\ (965$ par mois).
J'ai aussi reussi a tenir la conversation avec l'agent qui ne parlait que japonais, alors j'en suis assez fier ! (J'ai appris un nouveau mot : trop loin (遠過ぎる).)
Donc maintenant j'attends au 3 mars pour voir si je peux aller visiter l'appart ! Quelque chose me dit que la prochaine mise-a-jour de mon blog sera dans le coin de cette date la !

At least the agency tried. Monday they faxed a bunch of appartement papers about apartment all around Tokyo. I looked at them all and decided I wanted to visit 3 or 4 of them. At first I was thinking of going after work around 6pm. But apparently I can only visit apartment between 9h30 and 3pm. So I took a half-day off on my ~huuuge~ 2 weeks of paid vacation to go visit apartments.
It didn't go that well. First of all, on the 4 apartments I was keen to investigate, 2 where already gone. But that's not so bad, it was two of the less interesting one. But the one I really wanted to see was still ocupied so I could not go inside ! They plan to leave on March 3rd, so I have to wait till then to visit the appartment. I still went to the place to see the outside and go around the neighborhood. It's a really amazing neighborhood. This apartment is located on the top of a supermarket ! Not only that, it's also conviently located across the street from the train station. And on the other side of this station there seems to be a huge shopping mall. Hard to do any better I think. It's a bit outside of Tokyo but the train line goes directly to my work place, so I wouldn't have to take any transfer ! The sketch of the apartment tells me it's about as big as the one I was suppose to get in Saitama (around 40 square meters). If I can only get in for a quick look, there's a 99% chance I'll take this apartment. It's also a little cheaper than the Saitama one : 96 500\ (965$/month). Of course, this supposes that they are willing to rent to a gaijin and that the apartment will still be free after the 3rd.
While I was there, I also went to some other apartments, but they were farter from the station and honnestly I did not feel like walking 10min and than taking a 20min train ride to get to work everyday !
I was also able to hold what I consider something closely resembling a conversation with the japanese-only speaking agent, so I'm pretty proud of myself ! (learned a new word : too far (遠過ぎる).)
So now I'll wait till the 3rd to check out the apartment. Something tells me there might be another post on this blog around this date.

I have been hit by the curse !
Vous avez lu tous ces postes sur mon futur appartement ? Et bien vous pouvez tout oublier. Il semblerait que le proprietaire de l'endroit vienne de decouvrir que je suis un gaijin (etranger) et cela lui a fait assez peur pour qu'il ne veuille plus me louer l'appartement ! C'est vraiment dommage, tous les papiers etaient remplis et j'avais vraiment hate d'emmenager a cet endroit. Maintenant il faut que je recommence tout a zero ! J'ai peine a croire que le proprietaire ait tellement peur des etrangers qu'il soit pret lui aussi a tout recommencer a zero pour trouver un nouveau locataire. Je suis sur que ce ne sera pas vraiment difficile pour lui, mais quand meme...
Puisque c'est partiellement la faute de l'agence immobiliere qui aurait du verifier ce detail bien plus tot, il vont faire tout ce qu'ils peuvent pour trouver quelque chose qui repondra a mes besoins le plus vite possible. Maintenant, la question reste de savoir, trouveront-il vraiment quelque chose ? L'avenir est indechifrable pour l'instant.
Ce qui m'inquiete le plus, c'est que le type avec qui je reste retourne au Quebec au debut d'avril. C'etait parfait puisque je prevoyais lui acheter plusieurs trucs. Mais maintenant il n'y a aucune garantie que je vais avoir un appartement a la fin du mois de mars ! Ca rend les choses nettement plus compliquees.
C'est pas mal ca. Pour la camera, j'ai decide d'attendre en mars pour voir de quoi a l'air la nouvelle Olympus, alors l'achat ne se fera pas tout de suite.

Malheureusement, mes habiletes au maniement du cellulaire reste encore deplorable et je n'avais pas encore trouve, a ce moment, le moyen de changer les parametres de la camera de mon cellulaire, alors je ne puis que vous faire souffrir avec cette petite image.

It's really too bad, the place was really nice and all the paperwork had already been completed ! I can't believe the owner is willing to go through all the process of finding another tenant just because I'm a stranger.
Since it is partly the fault of the real estate agent for not checking correctly, they are willing to search very hard to find another place that I would deem "suitable". But are they really going to find something to my liking ? I don't know.
The worst part is that the guy with whom I'm staying is supposed to leave Japan at the beginning of April (and I was supposed to buy some of his stuff to furnish my apartment). But now there is no guarantee I will have an apartment by the end of March ! This is getting more and more complex !
That's mostly what I wanted to post. I've decided to wait till the begining of March to check out the new Olympus camera, so I won't buy one right right now.

What the heck ?
Hmm, plus de 7 jours sans nouvelle, je vais perdre des lecteurs ! Non, ce n'est pas l'envie d'ecrire qui me manque. C'est tout simplement que je ne sais pas trop quoi dire. J'attend pour mon appartement, je suis toujours a la recherche de la camera ideale et je n'ai pas vraiment eu de rencontre rocambolesque...
Cette fin de semaine j'ai toutefois rencontre une autre Japonaise avec qui j'ai passe une bonne partie de l'apres-midi a discuter. Une personne fort sympatique que j'espere bien revoir eventuellement. Une des (assez) nombreuses personnes a avoir pris contact avec moi via le site japan-guide.
Bien que je n'ais toujours pas achete de camera, mes connaissances dans le domaine augmentent sans arret. Au debut je penchais pour une Nikon D40 avec un kit de lentilles. Mais les cameras professionnelles abandonnent certaines fonctionnalites auxquelles je tiens beaucoup. Certe la qualite d'image est incroyable, mais je dois dire que j'apprecie l'ecran LCD et le mode video des cameras pour amateurs. En plus, la D40 fonctionne avec des batteries plutot que des piles AA. Disons que ce n'est pas l'ideal pour des randonnees en campagne. Sans compter que la D40 est quand meme le double du prix de la plus puissante camera pour amateur. Ceci m'a amene a regarder d'autres cameras. Presentement je regarde beaucoup les :

Oops, 7 days without an update, I'm going to lose my readers (reader ?) ! Don't worry, it's not that I don't want to write anything, just that I don't really know what to talk about. I am Still waiting for March to get inside my appartment, still searching for the perfect camera and I did not have any "incredible-must-tell" encounter.
I did, in fact, meet someone this weekend. We spent most of the afternoon practicing her english I guess. She was really a nice person, I hope I'll be able to meet her again. She's one of the many persons to have contacted me trough japan-guide.com.
Truth is, even tough I still haven't bough any camera, my knowledge in the field is evergrowing. At first I was thinking of purchasing a Nikon D40 double-lens kit. But professional (or semi-pro) cameras lack some features I am quite fond of. Of course, the quality on these things is out of this world, but the lack of a usable LCD screen and the absence of a movie mode are, in my opinion, big trade-off. Also, the D40 uses battery pack instead of normal AA batteries. Let's just say that if I plan a hicking trip around fuji, the power outlets to recharge the batteries might be a bit sparse. Since all this comes at double the price of any casual point-and-shoot, I'm kinda looking toward the later. Right now, I'm looking at :

In canadian dollars that is more than 5 000$ in one month ! Hopefully, like I said before, the company is going to make this humongous paiement and I will be able to break this amount in a couple of months. But the company DO expect me to repay them asap.
Finally, don't ask me what the Auto transfer fee or the JID guarantee fee is, I have no idea, neither do the people I ask at work. They said they could call the agent and ask, but that it would probably not change the fact I need to pay them, so what's the point ?

FAQ strike one !
Je vais commence avec le francais aujourd'hui, parce que je crois que j'ai pas mal plus de lecteur francophone qu'anglophone.
Bon, j'essaie mettre a jour le plus souvent possible, alors desole si j'en viens a me repeter ou donner trop de details sur des sujets sans interets ! Mais bon, j'ai eu quelques questions dans les commentaires et je vais tente d'y repondre aujourd'hui.
Premierement, mon nouvel emploi est fort interessant. Ca ne fait que 3 semaines que je travaille a cet endroit, alors je ne peux juge a long terme, mais pour l'instant, j'aime beaucoup ca ! C'est tout a fait ce que je voulais faire lorsque j'ai decide d'aller a l'universite, du developpement de logiciel. Je pense pouvoir dire que je n'etait pas trop mauvais lorsque je faisait du support technique, mais tout cela est finit et je suis bien content car ce n'est pas ce que je voulais faire a long terme. Presentement je travail avec plein d'excellent developpeurs et c'est tres enrichissant ! L'horaire flexible est aussi fort agreable. De cette facon je peux faire quelque chose en matine et seulement finir un peu plus tard le soir (ou le contraire).
La nourriture est FANTASTIQUE, 110% ! Je n'ai pas vraiment cuisine encore (en fait, je n'ai rien cuisine du tout...), mais mon dieu que j'ai essaye beaucoup de restaurants. Depuis que je suis arrive au Japon, je n'ai pas encore mange deux fois au meme endroit !! Meme le midi, sans marche plus de 15min pour trouver un resto. Viva Tokyo ! Evidement, dans une aussi grande ville il est facile de trouver n'importe quel type de nourriture, meme occidentale. Mais pourquoi manger de la nourriture classique quand la nourriture japonaise est si bonne ? Evidement il y a des sushi partout, mais ils coutent assez cher, par contre le choix de poissons est inimaginable ! Il faut absolument essayer les vrais ramens (pas le truc insipide qu'il faut melanger a de l'eau chaude...), Yakiniku (litteralement : viande grillee), Shabu-Shabu (fondue japonaise), soba (une sorte de nouille), ~katsu (n'importe quoi de frit), and toujours plus !!! Je n'ai pas encore essaye de McDonald (et je n'ai pas vraiment le gout non plus...), mais j'ai ete a un subway ! Je dois dire que le nombre de condiments offert m'a un peu decu, mais sinon c'etait tres similaire.
Et finalement cette fin de semaine je suis alle a un petit party avec le sus-mentionne collegue francophone. C'etait sur le theme "l'Est rencontre l'Ouest" alors c'etait ideal pour rencontrer des japonais ou d'autres etrangers. C'etait a Harajuku et j'ai effectivement rencontre quelques personnes interessantes. J'ai meme ete patine avec eux le landemain (dimanche). J'espere que ce n'est que le debut de plusieurs autres rencontres !
Ah, et pendant que j'y suis, je prevois m'acheter une camera dans pas tres longtemps, et si quelqu'un lit ces lignes et a une suggestion, des conseils ou des menaces a ce sujet, je suis preneur ! Je pense peut-etre y aller pour quelque chose d'un peu plus evolue, mais n'importe quel conseil est le bienvenue !

I am trying to keep a steady rate of update, sorry if it is not that much interesting. But I have been getting a couple of questions in the comments so I'll try answering that.
So~, the job is really nice. I have only been working here for 3 weeks so I really can't say if I am going to love working there forever, but right now, it's very nice. This is what I wanted to do when I decided to go to university; doing software developpement. I think I didn't do too bad with tech-support, but that is really not what I wanted to do. I am working with a lot of very experienced developpers (whom I could probably call alpha-geeks...) so it's very enriching. The flexible time is also very nice, I can get to work pretty much at anytime I want, so if I need to do something in the morning I just come to work later and work after 6 (a lot of people actually remain until pretty late).
The food is GREAT, really. I haven't cooked a lot yet (read : not at all), but boy did I try a lot of restaurants. Since my coming to Japan, I have yet to eat twice at the same place (even lunch !). We didn't walk more than 15min to go eat lunch every day at work, and yet we have not been two time at the same place ! Viva Tokyo ! You can get pretty much any sort of western food if that's what you are looking for, but japanese food is also very good. Sushi are pricey but there is so much choice ! Ramen is absolutely a must try (real ramen, not the stuff you add hot water to...) Yakiniku (grill meat), shabu-shabu (japanese fondue), soba (type of noodle), ~katsu (anything fried)... and much much more ! I haven't tried a McDonald (and don't feel like it), but I have been to a Subway, they have a lot less condiments than in Canada tough.
And finally, this weekend I went to a party. The subject was "east meets west", so it was really a way for foreigners to meet japanese people or other foreigners. It was in Harajuku. I met a couple of interesting people and we went skating the next day (Saturday). Hopefully I can make some other friends beside people at work ! The so-called french work colleague is the one who introduced me.
Oh, and I'm also begining my shopping for a camera, so if anyone has any suggestion, please do tell me your opinion. I'm looking for something above average, but any advice is welcomed !

C'etait sur le theme "l'Est rencontre l'Ouest" alors c'etait ideal pour rencontrer des japonais ou d'autres etrangers. C'etait a Harajuku et j'ai effectivement rencontre quelques personnes interessantes. J'ai meme ete patine avec eux le landemain (dimanche). J'espere que ce n'est que le debut de plusieurs autres rencontres !
Ah, et pendant que j'y suis, je prevois m'acheter une camera dans pas tres longtemps, et si quelqu'un lit ces lignes et a une suggestion, des conseils ou des menaces a ce sujet, je suis preneur ! Je pense peut-etre y aller pour quelque chose d'un peu plus evolue, mais n'importe quel conseil est le bienvenue !

I am trying to keep a steady rate of update, sorry if it is not that much interesting. But I have been getting a couple of questions in the comments so I'll try answering that.
So~, the job is really nice. I have only been working here for 3 weeks so I really can't say if I am going to love working there forever, but right now, it's very nice. This is what I wanted to do when I decided to go to university; doing software developpement. I think I didn't do too bad with tech-support, but that is really not what I wanted to do. I am working with a lot of very experienced developpers (whom I could probably call alpha-geeks...) so it's very enriching. The flexible time is also very nice, I can get to work pretty much at anytime I want, so if I need to do something in the morning I just come to work later and work after 6 (a lot of people actually remain until pretty late).
The food is GREAT, really. I haven't cooked a lot yet (read : not at all), but boy did I try a lot of restaurants. Since my coming to Japan, I have yet to eat twice at the same place (even lunch !). We didn't walk more than 15min to go eat lunch every day at work, and yet we have not been two time at the same place ! Viva Tokyo ! You can get pretty much any sort of western food if that's what you are looking for, but japanese food is also very good. Sushi are pricey but there is so much choice ! Ramen is absolutely a must try (real ramen, not the stuff you add hot water to...) Yakiniku (grill meat), shabu-shabu (japanese fondue), soba (type of noodle), ~katsu (anything fried)... and much much more ! I haven't tried a McDonald (and don't feel like it), but I have been to a Subway, they have a lot less condiments than in Canada tough.
And finally, this weekend I went to a party. The subject was "east meets west", so it was really a way for foreigners to meet japanese people or other foreigners. It was in Harajuku. I met a couple of interesting people and we went skating the next day (Saturday). Hopefully I can make some other friends beside people at work ! The so-called french work colleague is the one who introduced me.
Oh, and I'm also begining my shopping for a camera, so if anyone has any suggestion, please do tell me your opinion. I'm looking for something above average, but any advice is welcomed !

More moving around !
More news = another post ! It seems like everything is in order for the Saitama appartment, paper are filled, faxed and the company is pretty much managing the rest (I think). Of course, this is based on what I was able to understand from our japanese-only-speaking HR director. She doesn't seems to realise that I have some trouble with japanese and speak very very very fast, but at some point I understood ”大丈夫” (meaning, everything is fine, pronounce "daijoubu"). So I guess everything is fine !
As for where I will be staying until I can move into my new appartment, it's a bit of a mess right now. The place I was staying at is more for short-terms stay (Sakura Hostel). It provides good services, but It would cost me 1 800$ to stay there the next two month (less than my rent for the new appartment I guess, but it IS a dormitory...). And beside, I had only made reservation till the 8th. So in fact, right now, my lugages are at Ubit because I could not re-reserve for the next couple of days since they are full !
But worry not, dear readers ! The other french-speaking employee at Ubit offered to host me for a couple of days (he has a "big" appartement by japanese standard... meaning he has a living room where I could sleep...) So tonight I should move into his appartment. Tough I'm not sure he will like the idea of me staying 2 months. So right now there are two possibilities; staying at this co-worker place and helping him with the rent (if we can get along I guess) or find myself a cheap monthly mansion. I really don't know what I'm going to do. But if worst comes to worst, Tokyo isn't the kind of place where it is hard to find an hotel.
On other news, I registered myself on a site called Japan-Guide where you can post ads to find japanese friends, language exchange persons and even dates. So I posted an ad 2 days ago in the language exchange, offering english and french in exchange for japanese. At this time, I received 4 messages, we'll see where it goes from there !

Evidement, cette opinion est base sur ce que j'ai reussit a comprendre de notre sympatique directrice des ressources humaines qui ne comprend pas un seul mot d'anglais et ne semble pas vouloir ralentir son debit de japonais pour les etrangers. Mais au moins, a un moment donne dans sa diatribe, j'ai clairement compris le mot "大丈夫" qui veut dire "Tout va bien" et se prononce "daijoubu". Alors tout va bien !
Le probleme maintenant c'est l'endroit ou je vais rester pour les deux prochains mois. C'est un peu confu pour l'instant. L'endroit ou je restait n'est pas vraiment pour les sejours de longue duree (Sakura Hostel). Ils ont de bons services mais ca me couterais 1 800$ pour deux mois. Je sais que c'est moins que ce que mon nouvel appartement me coutera, mais Sakura Hostel est un dortoire... Et puis de toute facon, j'avais reserve jusqu'au 8 et je ne peux pas rester plus longtemps car ils n'ont plus de place pour les prochains jours. Ce matin j'ai donc du emmener mes bagages avec moi au travail !
Mais il ne faut pas vous inquietez, gentils lecteurs ! L'autre collegue de travail parlant francais chez Ubit (certains le reconnaitront a la description...) M'a offert de m'heberger pour quelques temps. Il a en effet un appartement assez grand selon les normes japonaises (c'est-a-dire qu'il a un appartement avec un salon !!) et je pourrai donc y dormir. Bref, ce soir je vais me rendre a son appartement pour passer la nuit. Evidement, entre quelques jours et 2 mois il y a un monde de differences ! C'est pour cette raison que pour l'instant je ne sais pas trop ce que je vais faire. Deux possibilites s'offrent a moi; trouver un appartement louable au mois (monthly mansion) qui ne couterait pas trop cher ou rester chez ce sympatique collegue, si on arrive a s'entendre pendant 2 mois. Enfin, je ne m'en fait pas trop, il y a des choses bien plus difficile a trouver a Tokyo qu'un hotel si besoin est.
Dans les autres nouvelles, je me suis enregistre sur un site appelle Japan-Guide. Sur ce site il est possible de poster des petites annonces pour rencontrer des gens au Japon. J'ai poste dans la section "echange de langue" il y a deux jours. A date j'ai recu 4 courriels, on vera bien ce que ca donne.

Appart-laptop-chmuk
Hello everyone, thanks for joining. Today and yesterday were kinda busy. I went with a collegue from work to hunt for an appartment (I had been looking at them for some time now, but with a japanese speaking collegue, I could visit, ask questions and so on). I saw a couple of good places. One was 75 000Y / month but kinda far from everything. Another was maybe 15min walk from Ueno station (big station) and bigger (1 bedroom + kitchen + dining room) but cost 110 000Y / month. I saw 1 or 2 older ones that weren't really interesting. Then I went to Saitama and checked out a new building. Incredibly nice place for 100 000Y/ month, maybe 30min by train from work. The only trouble : it's not finished yet. That's right, it is still in construction (we actually visited the model room with construction helmet !) But it's brand new, top of the art bathroom with awesome kitchen and the neighborhood is very nice. So anyway, today I called the agent and said I'd take it. The construction will be finished in two month, so I have to find some kind of temporary lodging for now. Probably a guesthouse of some sort, they can be really cheap and well furnished.
Since I was kinda happy with the fact I had found an appartment, I went again to Akihabara to check out the laptops and cameras and stuff. I found a small shop (only 5 storey high....), they had pretty much what I was looking for and pretty cheap too. I think it might be a refurbished laptop or something. But what really matter is the hardware and it's not too bad (I didn't want anything hot). It's an MX6953j for those that might be interested. Intel core2duo T5500, 1gig ram, 128meg video card (ATI X1400), 100gig HDD. We'll see how it goes.
Of course, it's a japanese laptop. So everything is in japanese. Really fun finding the options and configurations I must say. So now I have real wireless access, and I can play some games (nothing much tough, that's definitly not the intended purpose). I must admit, I was missing a computer, just using the one at work wasn't enough !

Bonjour tout le monde ! J'ai ete sensiblement occupe cette fin de semaine. Hier j'ai ete chasser l'appartement avec un collegue de travail (Je regardais avant, mais je ne pouvais pas vraiment poser de questions ou discuter avec les agents en japonais). J'ai vu quelques places interessantes. L'une d'elle etait 75 000Y / mois mais un peu loin de tout. Une autre place etait peut-etre a 15min de distance d'une des plus grosse station de Tokyo (Ueno) mais coutait 110 000Y / mois ! Plus d'espace par contre, une chambre avec une cuisine et une salle a diner. J'ai aussi visite une ou deux place passablement plus vieille, mais ce n'etait definitivement pas atrayant. Ensuite j'ai ete a Saitama pour jeter un coup d'oeil a un nouveau building. Incroyable place pour 100 000Y/mois. Saitama est assez loin, mais en train c'est moins de 30min de la job. Seul probleme : quand je dit "nouveau building" je veux reelement dire "encore en construction". Vraiment, il a fallut mettre un casque de travailleur pour visiter l'appartement model ! Mais en tant que tout nouvel appartement il est a la fine pointe de la technologie ! La salle de bain est merveilleuse, la cuisine est super aussi ! En plus l'appartement est vraiment proche de la station et a toutes les commodites a porte de la main ! Bref, je me suis decide aujourd'hui et j'ai appele le representant et j'ai dit oui. La construction devrait etre finit dans deux mois (et ca l'air que c'est hyper fiable, c'est le style des japonais de toute facon...) alors d'ici la je vais devoir me trouver un logement temporaire, mais au moins je sais ou je vais rester ensuite ! Pour le logement temporaire, surement qu'un guesthouse fera la job.
Puisque j'etait assez heureux d'avoir trouve un appartement aujourd'hui je suis retourne a Akihabara pour regarder laptops et cameras. J'ai trouve dans un petit magasin (seulement 5 etages....) un laptop qui avait pas mal toutes les caracteristiques que je cherchais pour un prix suprenamment bas. Je crois que c'est sense etre un laptop refurbished (desoler, je n'ai pas trouver de traduction pour ca... remanifacture ?), mais on s'en fout un peu, l'important c'est les capacites ! Je ne voulait pas quelquechose de tres performant, alors ca n'a rien d'une bombe. Je sais, rien de tres social encore, desoler. Je ne sors pas encore beaucoup, il faudrait que je rencontre des gens, que j'ais quelques activites. Mais avant de me lancer la dedans, je voulais trouver un appartement en premier, maintenant que c'est plus ou moins fait je vais voir.
